Fazit: bin ein bisschen hinterher mit den Trainings, eigentlich hätte ich Wickelbandagen nehmen sollen hab aber lieber die kleineren sleeves genommen, Recht hart anzuziehen und auch wieder aus dafür nicht jedesmal neu wickeln
