Für mich wäre der Rest Erholung aber deine

Fazit: 2te Bankeinheit um die Schulter zu schonen ausfallen lassen, dann die neue Trainingswoche aber doch mit Bankdrücken begonnen, jetzt mal abwarten was die Schulter sagt. Auch nicht mehr als 5x5 in den Assistenzübungen obwohl möglich gemacht um nicht überzubeanspruchen.
